Anti-Establishment Quiz 3

CLIMATE CHANGE?

In the 1970s, TIME Magazine was doing its damnedest to frighten the children with prophecies of 'the coming ice age!'

"THE BIG FREEZE" (December 1973)

"The Big Freeze" (January 1977)

"How To Survive The Coming Ice Age" (April 1977)

"The Cooling of America" (December 1979)

And then, when the above scenario failed to materialise, TIME (along with every other  mainstream media outlet) began to promote the complete opposite!

"The Heat Is On" (October 1987)

"GLOBAL WARMING - Climbing Temperatures, Melting Glaciers, Rising Seas" (April 2001)

"SPECIAL REPORT: GLOBAL WARMING - BE WORRIED BE VERY WORRIED" (April 2006)

"How To Win The War On Global Warming" (April 2008)

Do you get it yet?

"The climate right now is no warmer than it has been many times throughout history. Our baseline is now the lowest that carbon dioxide has been in 600 million years!

As far as temperature change, the IPCC's first report of 1992 shows that the mediaeval warm period was warmer than the present! Well, this didn't fit the narrative so, by the time the 1996 report came out it was a completely contrived graph...

There's billions of dollars going into the whole climate change narrative."

Global warming -- at least the modem nightmare version -- is a myth....

But what is really worrying is that the world's politicians and policy makers... have an unshakeable faith... Humans burn fossil fuels, which release increased levels of carbon dioxide... into the atmosphere, causing the atmosphere to heat up. They say this is global warming: I say this is poppycock...

As a result of their ignorance, the world's economy may be about to divert billions, nay trillions of pounds, dollars and roubles into solving a problem that actually doesn't exist."

ANSWERS

Question 1 - D  Greta's retweet may be evidenced here and her lack of respect for 'social codes' here

Here Greta admits that 'there is no scientific study' behind her rhetoric.

That would be 'ANTIFA' tee-shirts that Greta and her parents are wearing.

Nothing to see here then...

Question 2 - D  Dr Paul Erlich probably did more to get the global warming/climate change agenda off the ground than anyone else. Check him out here

The Crafoord Prize is the highest award in the field of ecology.
The ECI Prize is awarded for outstanding and sustained scientific achievements.
The Tyler Prize is the Nobel Prize for environmental achievement.
The Blue Planet Prize is awarded for outstanding efforts in scientific research and solutions to global environmental problems.

Question 4 - D  Check out the letter sent to the Secretary General here

Question 5 - D  A list of the original signatories is avaliable here

Later Clintel tells us that over 1,500 experts had signed the document!

Question 6 - B  Andrea Graves reported thus for The New Scientist:
"Artificial rain making operations may have caused a storm that nearly wiped out an English village in 1952. New evidence has emerged that the UK’s Royal Air Force was carrying out cloud seeding experiments that could in theory have led to the disaster.

A torrent swept through Lynmouth, Devon, and remains the worst flood on record for the UK, drowning 35 people...

Government defence officials have always denied that cloud seeding experiments were carried out before 1955. But now documents have been unearthed showing that scientists had teamed up with the RAF to try to make rain in the week of the disaster."
'Government officials' were lying then.

Question 7 - D  Agricultural Climatologist, Patrick J. Michaels, was a Senior Fellow and the Director of the Center for the Study of Science at the Cato Institute until 2019.

The 'Ingraham Angle' interview can be seen here

Question 8 - A  @wideawake_media intoduces us Randall Carlson's opinion here

Question 9 - C  On 5 November 2008, David Bellamy said this in The Daily Express:
"When I first stuck my head above the parapet to say I didn’t believe what we were being told about global warming I had no idea what the consequences would be.

I am a scientist and I have to follow the directions of science but when I see that the truth is being covered up I have to voice my opinions.

According to official data, in every year since 1998 world temperatures have been getting colder, and in 2002 Arctic ice actually increased. Why, then, do we not hear about that? The sad fact is that since I said I didn’t believe human beings caused global warming I’ve not been allowed to make a TV programme."
In the 22 January 2013 edition of The Telegraph, David added:
“They froze me out, because I don’t believe in global warming. My career dried up. I was thrown out of my own conservation groups and I got spat at in London.”
David said things first began to change in 1996 when he spoke out against wind farms during one of his regular appearances on Blue Peter.
“That was the beginning really. From that moment, I was not welcome at the BBC.”
However, it wasn't until 2004 when he challenged the 'global warming' narrative that the establishment decided to cancel him.

Question 10 - C  (Cover up / hasn't risen)

"Leaked United Nations report reveals the world's temperature hasn't risen for the last 15 years. POLITICIANS have raised concerns about the final draft. Fears that the findings will encourage deniers of man-made climate change...

Germany called for the references to the slowdown in warming to be deleted...

Hungary worried the report would provide ammunition for deniers of man-made climate change.

Belgium objected to using 1998 as a starting year for statistics, as it was exceptionally warm and makes the graph look flat - and suggested using 1999 or 2000 instead to give a more upward-pointing curve.

The United States delegation even weighed in, urging the authors of the report to explain away the lack of warming using the ‘leading hypothesis’ among scientists that the lower warming is down to more heat being absorbed by the ocean."
Politicians, eh?
